Zero data collection — contractual

Local compression and routing numbers remain inferred, even after an eval or active rollout. Today only approved provider-causal Anthropic cache evidence can enter the verified ledger. Automatic receipt signing and Stripe gainshare charging are disabled; the gainshare model is planned, never applied to a projection. The local wrap's free seat stays free, and wrap telemetry is token counts only — never your prompts.
